Consider using a potato with a thick skin if you want your twice baked potato to have a firm skin. Don’t use red potatoes, their skin is too thin to help a dense filling.

If you have various leftovers in your fridge, make some fried rice and add small pieces of vegetables and meat to it. People differ in their preferences for the amount and types of spice they like on their food.
